Our personalized 1-on-1 training focuses on maximizing individual offensive performance through focused, high-rep skill development. Each session is tailored to the athlete’s position, skill level, and goals.

Small Group Training
(2-4)
Small group sessions combine the intensity of individual training with the competitive edge of peer reps. Athletes work in groups of 2 to 4, allowing for high-rep drills, game-like scenarios, and real-time feedback.
Focus Areas:
Offensive movement & spacing
Live 1v1s, 2v2s, and small-sided drills
Dodging under pressure & shot selection
Off-ball IQ and communication
First Burst Training:
The First Burst is an explosive training add-on focused on speed, agility, and power. Using bodyweight circuits and plyometric drills, this 30-minute supplement builds first-step acceleration, vertical power, and total body control — essential tools for offensive separation.
