Small Group Training
(2-4)

Small group sessions combine the intensity of individual training with the competitive edge of peer reps. Athletes work in groups of 2 to 4, allowing for high-rep drills, game-like scenarios, and real-time feedback.

Focus Areas:

  • Offensive movement & spacing

  • Live 1v1s, 2v2s, and small-sided drills

  • Dodging under pressure & shot selection

  • Off-ball IQ and communication

First Burst Training:

The First Burst is an explosive training add-on focused on speed, agility, and power. Using bodyweight circuits and plyometric drills, this 30-minute supplement builds first-step acceleration, vertical power, and total body control — essential tools for offensive separation.
